Compatibility Mode: Microsoft compatibility mode must be turned on in your browser in order for you to save or submit claims. If you do not have compatibility mode turned on, nothing happens when you click on save or submit. Here are the Microsoft links for turning on compatibility mode.
There are two ways to turn on compatibility mode and they vary depending on your browser settings. (clink link below)
Turn on via tools menu
Turn on via address bar
You only have to do this one time, then the browser will keep the compatibility settings.
